About NatSu

A Commercial Architect
at the FWE Nexus.

We originate, structure, and execute deals at the intersection of food, water, and energy — taking commercial risk alongside our partners from first conversation to close.

Who We Are

Built to Execute,
Not Advise

NatSu is a commercial architect. We identify where global innovation meets Indian-scale opportunity, then build the commercial structures to make it move — from deal origination through to execution and close.

We take commercial risk alongside our partners. Our incentives are fully aligned: we are only paid when deals close, which means we are invested in outcomes, not outputs.

Our work spans two principal mandates: the deployment of critical resource technologies at scale, and the structuring of specialised trade and commodity transactions across a global network.

Originate

Identify commercial opportunities at the FWE nexus before the market prices them in.

Structure

Design the commercial, financial, and legal architecture that makes deals viable and executable.

Execute

Drive transactions end-to-end — managing B2B and B2G complexity across regulatory environments.

"NatSu exists to prove that the most important problems — food security, water scarcity, climate — are also the most commercially compelling opportunities, when structured correctly."

Our History

Nine Years in the Making

NatSu is a commercial architect originating, structuring, and executing deals at the intersection of food, water, and energy. We work from origination, structuring through to end-to-end execution.

Founded in 2017 by Mr. Shivinder Singh, in joint venture with Mr. Masaki Fujishiro, Chairman of Curetex Group — a prominent Japanese firm in washi fibre manufacturing, agriculture and textiles.

The company focused on the deployment of novel packaging technology, partnering with one of the oldest and largest packaging companies in India. That company remains associated with NatSu today.

Under new leadership in 2024, NatSu's mandate expanded into bio-waste valorisation, agritech, and climate-aligned deal structuring.

The organisation proudly supports active partnerships across multiple countries, with a proven value proposition and a growing portfolio of products, services and expertise.

Our Approach

Where Impact and Return
Are the Same Thing

Opportunity Origination

We systematically identify where the most critical global challenges create the most compelling commercial opportunities — before the market does.

Deal Structuring

We design the commercial, legal, and financial architecture that aligns all stakeholders and creates a clear path to execution.

End-to-End Execution

We drive transactions from initial negotiation through to close — managing B2B and B2G complexity across regulatory environments.

Aligned Incentives

We operate on success-based structures. Our partners only pay when deals close — ensuring our interests remain fully aligned throughout.
